A balanced diet plays a crucial role in promoting health and well-being. Through our work, we support motivated women to develop a nutritious diet that meets the specific needs of their age group. This includes emphasizing foods rich in antioxidants, fiber, healthy fats, calcium and vitamin D to promote bone health and prevent age-related diseases.
TRAINING
Effective and customizable training programs.
As active sportswomen and experienced trainers, we help motivated women to develop an effective and adapted training program. Of course, we take into account individual abilities, previous knowledge and physical changes that can occur with age. Balanced strength training, combined with cardio exercises and flexibility training, can help to improve strength, endurance, posture and bone health.
EXERCISE
Flexible workouts that you can do in your everyday life.
In addition to structured training, our job as coaches is to encourage you to get enough exercise in your everyday life. We motivate you to be more active such as walking, climbing stairs, gardening or housework in order to increase physical activity and maintain an overall active lifestyle.
HORMONE
Expanded knowledge about hormones and their effects.
Hormonal changes can occur with age and affect women's health and wellbeing. Here we support women to develop an awareness of hormonal changes and, where appropriate, recommend a medical check-up to address any hormonal imbalance.
STRESS MANAGEMENT AND RELAXATION
Instructions for reducing stress and increasing mindfulness.
Stress can have a negative impact on health. We help women to learn stress management techniques such as meditation, breathing exercises, yoga and mindfulness. The importance of getting enough sleep and rest is also important to improve physical and mental well-being.
