Hi, I'm Olivia - founder of Olivia Fitness & mentor for women 35+ who want to re-understand their bodies and get back to their true power.
I work worldwide - and it is precisely this international perspective that characterizes my coaching style. In recent years, I have brought an incredible amount of knowledge from the USA: modern longevity approaches, the latest findings from hormone research, cycle-oriented training strategies and a deep understanding of how women over 35 really function.
I use bioidentical hormones myself in the second half of my cycle, have tried almost every type of diet - keto, low carb, high carb, fasting, carb cycling - and have found my way. I pass on this knowledge: practical, hormone-friendly and adapted to the reality of a woman in midlife.

I combine in-depth expertise in training, hormones, longevity & nutrition with what women 35+ really need: less stress, more balance, routines that work, visible results - without overstraining.My approach is deliberately hormone-friendly, cycle-oriented and individual. Because we are no longer 25 - and that is our strength. We know our bodies, we have experience and we deserve coaching that meets us at eye level and really works.
In my online coaching, you train efficiently, flexibly and with minimal stress - without any pressure to perform, but with a clear structure and real results.
I work with a mix of strength training, Pilates, sprints, nutrition, hormones & longevity - and bring in exactly the balance that you lack when you are constantly oscillating between stress, everyday life and demands.With a lot of empathy, a clear plan and an eye for the essentials, I will guide you back to a body that feels light, defined and "like you" again.

As a trainer, I have extensive expertise and passion for sport, nutrition and health. With a degree in sports science, a (soon to be) master's degree in nutrition for hormonal health in women, experience in physiotherapy and as a strength coach, I combine sound specialist knowledge with everyday practice.
My online classes are varied, functional and individually tailored to you. The workouts include strength exercises as well as elements from Animal Flow and mobility and are designed to challenge you, but also be fun and help you progress in the long term.
