Hi, I'm Olivia - founder of Olivia Fitness & mentor for women who want to get back into their bodies.
For over 10 years, I have been accompanying women through phases in which their own bodies suddenly feel strange: hormonal changes, stress, sleep problems, weight gain - I know all of this not only from theory, but also from my own experience. And that is exactly why I have structured my coaching in the way I would have wanted it to be: honest, understanding and tailored to the real needs of women.
What sets me apart?
I combine sound expertise in training, nutrition and hormone balance with a keen sense of what women in midlife really need: visibility, lightness and a program that also works in everyday life.
My approach is deliberately cycle-oriented, hormone-friendly and individual - because you're not 25 anymore, and that's a good thing. You have experience, you know yourself and you deserve coaching that meets you at eye level and encourages you in your power.

Sport has always been my great passion, which at some point developed into my profession. I am now a qualified fitness & personal trainer and nutrition coach.
In my training sessions, you can expect a mix of fitness, strength training, weightlifting and CrossFit elements. I motivate you and show you how to train with perfect technique. I always respond to you with a lot of empathy, because it is important to me that you feel comfortable.
Together we work on your goals - with varied exercises, new challenges and a good mood!

As a trainer, I have extensive expertise and passion for sport, nutrition and health. With a degree in sports science, a (soon to be) master's degree in nutrition for hormonal health in women, experience in physiotherapy and as a strength coach, I combine sound specialist knowledge with everyday practice.
My online classes are varied, functional and individually tailored to you. The workouts include strength exercises as well as elements from Animal Flow and mobility and are designed to challenge you, but also be fun and help you progress in the long term.
